I have been a customer at Yorktown for quite a while. I live in Euclid, so normally when I come, I wait for my car. Even though it's a distance, I won't go elsewhere. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Everyone is Professional, kind, helpful and Knowledgeable If I need several things done, they tell me in what order I can have things done or reassure me that what needs to be done is not a safety issue.

Where to start.... This was just a gas station when I started to come here. Even then the service and attention you received was 5 stars as it is today. The Auto Technicians are trained professionals on all levels and have been employed here for a long time. Again, the service provided from sign-in to picking-up your keys is 2nd to none. Honesty, helpfulness, and very accommodating. Being an older single woman, I don't have to worry about being 'taken' and that is peace of mind to me. They are superb. The car wash deals are great, and the hardworking attendants are on the spot! Amazing group of workers. My white car is never dirty with the monthly deals they offer! The store is always clean and well attended to, So many items. The food is amazing as I am sure you have heard. You pick your food from a menu board, pay, and have a seat or get your drink and your fresh hot food will be coming up. Well worth anything to stop by here and see for yourself!

I have known this family personally for over 25 years. In all the years and all the vehicles I have had them service, repair and inspect before I bought any used OR NEW vehicle I have ALWAYS been given honest answers, excellent repairs/service, and very reasonable costs across the board. I firmly believe "you get what you pay for". So either let these amazingly good people do your work or pay a lot more for a lot less. Oh and Matt has THE greatest bisquits and gravy you'll ever find. ALL his foods are high quaility and prepared ready for a 5 star meal. Check him out.

I ordered my food online last night, and when I got there to pick it up, there was a line out the door (obviously... Friday night, July 4th weekend). It took much longer than expected, and that was OK. I have to give credit to the young "kid" (to me anyway) behind the counter, in the deli area. I believe his name was Aiden. What an amazing young man! He was literally RUNNING to try to take care of everyone in line and make them happy. I honestly thought he was working alone, then I heard "they will just have to wait, like everyone else" from the fryer area. Hmmm... not great service from that corner of the kitchen. Back to the positive... Aiden! I could go on and on about the service he provided. You are lucky to have him, and anyone like him. Keep him!! Give him a raise!!

Once again I would like to thank everyone at Yorktown service plaza for the excellent work they have done on all my family and friends vehicles. Their professional work ethics, honesty and devoted care is something you don't find that much anymore. I will always send anyone in need of auto repair too you. Thank you for all that you do.
